Theoretical Modelling

During our project DISColi, regarding Bio-photolithography in biofilms, we created mathematical models involving Latherin and its rate of diffusion through a biofilm. We are presenting our findings in Figure 1 and Table 1. Also, due to the mode of action of Latherin the attainable spatial resolution seems to be less than 0.08 mm.
